Ryan Williams, Esq. 
Attorney Ryan Williams represents individuals and businesses regarding tax controversies involving the IRS or the Florida Department of Revenue, business transactions or disputes, real estate litigation, estate planning, bankruptcy, and trust and probate litigation. Ryan received a Master of Laws degree in taxation from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law and is admitted to practice in all courts of the State of Florida, United States Federal Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the United States Tax Court.  Ryan also serves as the treasurer of the St. Johns County Bar Association, a member of the Seventh Judicial Circuit Bar Grievance Committee, and a judicial campaign treasurer.


Rhonda Miller, Paralegal
Paralegal Rhonda Miller, originally from Michigan, has over 25 years’ experience in all aspects of the litigation process at the state, federal, and appellate levels as well as experience with business and real estate transactions, trust and probate administration, and estate planning.  She facilitates the legal process from beginning to end including client communication, docket management, investigation and research, document drafting, and assisting with preparation for hearings, depositions, and trial support.  Rhonda also was an editor of the Michigan Chamber of Commerce’s Employment Law Handbook from 2003 – 2010.
